Welcome to our newly remodeled South West Palm Bay retreat! Fresh updates, new beds, eco-friendly appliances, well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a central location near attractions. Book now for a memorable Florida stay!
If you are an outdoor loving person there is so much to do from camping, to fishing, airboat rides, and trail/nature walks. The beach is just 35 minutes away, and close to other award wining beaches such as Cocoa Beach. We have one of the best Zoo's in the nation.
The space
Entire house is newly remodeled. Spacious open floor plan with living room, two dining spaces, kitchen, laundry room, and three bedrooms. The garage is not available. Bed mattresses are new or in good-new condition. Couch has a full size sofa bed for added guests. Coasters available for protecting furniture. Master Bedroom is specious with large shower and vanity. Second bath may seem petite but has standard size tub shower, toilet, and vanity. Bedroom 2 and 3 are spacious with closets to hang clothing and luggage space, full size mirrors in both bedrooms.

- Fully furnished kitchen with pots, pans, dining plates, glass cups, utensils,
knifes, cutting board, basic spices, small coffee pot with coffee dispenser
and regular sugar. Keurig, for those who want a single cup. Tea pot with
tea bags, toaster, and dishwasher with pods. Fridge has water filter.
- Bedrooms have comforters, extra covers upon request
- Bathrooms have bath towels for each guest, no wash cloths, bodywash,
shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer in master bathroom
- Iron and ironing board in master bedroom
- Washer and dryer includes some detergent with softener
- SMART TV on Fire Stick with Netflix
Guest access
The entire home is available for use with multiple guest. However, if you are a small group, please do not use all beds. The home is fully equipped.
Key Access is electronic, a code will be provided to you after reservation for self check-in. Access is established for hours of reservation, finalizing at time of check-out.
Other things to note
We take pride in taking care of our guests but also our environment, please do not smoke on premises. Our home is a non-smoking home. No added guests unless authorized, which means no parties. This is a Drug Free Home, no medicinal marijuana or other drugs allowed. We know you love your furry friends and other pets, however this is a Pet Free home. Cleaning after pets can be a challenge and to accommodate future guest who may have allergies, please keep your furry friends at home. We have security cameras in the exterior of the home outside above the garage for safety purposes. We are flexible with check-in and check-out within reason.
